Who we are

This website, gonorthbound.ai, belongs to North Bound LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("North Bound," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The site is information, not advice

What's on these pages describes how we work and what we've seen. It's general information, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for your business. Advice comes from working together, under an agreement that says what we'll do.

Working together

Any work we do for you is governed by the proposal, agreement or license we both accept for that work. If it conflicts with this page, the agreement wins. Sending the contact form doesn't create an agreement or any obligation on either side.

Client pages and sign-in

Pages we send you as a link are for you and the people you choose to share them with. Anyone who has the link can open it, so treat it like a key. Sign-in codes are for you alone; don't share them. Tell us right away if you think someone else has your link or your code, and we'll replace it.

Text messages

North Bound LLC texts you only if you agree to it, for example by ticking the box for texts on the contact form. We send conversational and informational texts: replies to your inquiry, updates on our work together, and one-time sign-in codes. We never send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help, or email hello@gonorthbound.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. What you send us

You're responsible for what you send us through the site, and for having the right to share it. Please leave out passwords, account numbers and other sensitive details unless we ask for them in a secure way. We use what you send as our privacy policy describes.

Using the site fairly

Please don't use the site to break the law, send spam or harmful code, try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you, or put a heavy automated load on it.

Our content and name

The words, design, the North Bound name and the compass mark on this site belong to North Bound LLC. You're welcome to share a link or quote a line with credit. Please don't copy the site or use the name or mark in a way that suggests we're connected with something we aren't. What we build for clients is covered by the license in that client's agreement.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we don't run. We aren't responsible for what's on them or how they handle your information.

No promises about the site itself

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, North Bound isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on what's on it. Nothing here limits a responsibility the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Oregon law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute about the site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. When we do, we change the effective date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
